Jim Smith is the Director of Maintenance here at HER’s Trinity Real Estate Group. With expertise developed through more than 25 years of practical, hands-on experience in construction and real estate, Jim oversees the day-to-day maintenance for all properties managed by the Trinity Real Estate Group.
Jim enjoys communicating with owners and residents, who appreciate his thorough approach and friendly manner. Jim coordinates with our full-time maintenance staff and approved contractors, and does many repairs himself. He ensures qualified work is completed as quickly as possible for the benefit of both our owners and residents.
Maintaining and repairing rental property is one of the most time-consuming and critical aspects of successful property management. Ongoing maintenance presents a significant challenge for many property owners, whether they live in a different city than their income property or they simply lack the time or expertise to tend to the maintenance themselves. The property management team at HER’s Trinity Estate Group is on call 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. We handle all scheduled and emergency maintenance for you. We’ll keep you informed and allow you to enjoy the benefits of owning income property while minimizing the hassle of handling day-to-day property maintenance.
Jim is a licensed electrician. He is also licensed by the State of Ohio to work with fire alarms and detection equipment. In addition, Jim is an Ohio Notary Public.
Get to know Jim
Jim has lived and worked in Central Ohio for more than 25 years. He loves spending time outdoors with his wife and his son, especially when they can get to the beach, the ball diamond, or the football field. Jim is a big supporter of youth athletics. He has served as the vice president of Northwest Licking Little League Baseball, and he has enjoyed coaching middle school and high school football and baseball teams. When he’s not coaching or working, you’ll find Jim actively involved in the community as a member of the Moose Lodge and the Knights of Columbus.
